How do I navigate the Maintex online store?

Maintex’s Online Ordering is easy to navigate and facilitates the supply ordering process. You can browse thousands of products, access SDS and product spec sheets, download brochures, create shopping lists, and view product availability.

Advanced features include access to order history, stored copies of order confirmations, the ability to analyze past orders, and more.

Sign in to your personal account to access your company's pricing and order history as well as your saved shopping lists.  We can create accounts for as many users as you need.

  1. Search by item number, keyword, or product name
  2. Tree Navigation to drill down into specific categories
  3. Icon Navigation to browse all products with images
  4. Quick Entry to quickly add items to shopping cart by item number. If unit of measure is left blank or is incorrect, cart will set to default UOM.
  5. My Account has several options including: Choose a Pick-Up Location (for will-call orders), Choose a Shipping Addresses (if account has multiple locations), Order Pad (for bulk item entry), Order History (to report on items purchased), Saved Orders (for orders not yet placed), and Review Orders (to review order confirmations)
  6. Shopping Lists let you save lists of frequently purchased items for easy re-order.
  7. Wish List is another way to track items you are interested in
  8. User Session shows logged in user details and which pick-up or shipping location is selected.
  9. Cart allows you to review the items in your cart before placing an order.
